As a permanent thing effective immediately, I have decided to move my 6pm Friday night class to 5pm instead. The 5pm class time has been more popular and suited more people so here it is. The website has been updated, class passes will of course remain available to use for this class.
Welcome to our Friday Flow into Stillness — a unique yoga experience designed to bring balance to your body and tranquility to your mind as you transition into the weekend. The class begins with dynamic Hatha yoga movements, carefully curated to awaken your body’s energy and build strength and flexibility.
You’ll flow through a series of invigorating poses, syncing breath with movement to create a dynamic and revitalizing practice. We will then seamlessly transition into the second half of the class — restorative and calming Yin Yoga poses.
The pace slows down, and you’ll be guided through a series of longer-held, passive poses targeting deep connective tissues. This phase is designed to enhance flexibility, release tension, and promote a sense of calm. We will finish up with a blissful savasana to integrate the benefits of your practice and a closing meditation to leave you in a state of peace and harmony.
Energize and strengthen with dynamic Hatha movements. Release tension and increase flexibility through Yin Yoga. Find balance and tranquility for a peaceful start to your weekend. This class is suitable for all levels, offering modifications for beginners and variations for more experienced practitioners.
Join us on Friday evenings at 5pm to explore the dynamic interplay of Yin and Yang, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for both dynamic movement and stillness. Bring your own mat, water bottle, and an open heart ready to embrace the harmonious journey.
