In just 6 weeks, this Yoga Nidra program will guide you through the art of conscious rest, allowing you to access profound states of calm and self-awareness. Each week, you'll participate in a live guided session, explore meditations, and reflect on journaling prompts designed to uncover deeper layers of your being. Don't worry if one of the days you cannot join, the replays will be there for you.
